Cadet CWOs/MWOs/W0s/ may wear a sash provided it respects the traditions of the affiliated unit. 5. ROUTINE TRAINING DRESS (WITH NECKTIE) |
Beret, Shirt cadet short sleeve, cadet jacket, trousers/ slacks with belt, boots ankle. May be worn with or without the tie.
1. Undress ribbons must be worn. 2. Ascot or open necked as directed. If open necked order of dress is worn, shirt collar will be outside and over jacket collar. 3. Cadet CWOs/MWOs/WOs/Sgts may wear a sash provided it respects the traditions of the affiliated unit. 4. Nametag may be worn at the discretion of the CO. |
a. Normal dress for duty in all seasons.
b. Routine parades. c. Appropriate cadet social functions. d. Must be worn while travelling to and from the CSTC. e. Other occasions when ordered.

C-2A (SUMMER DRESS) |

C-2 duty dress less jacket.
1. Rank slip-ons shall be worn. 2. Undress ribbons shall be worn. 3. Metal wings may be worn on the shirt. 4. Nametag may be worn at the discretion of the CO. 5. Undershirt, if worn, shall not be visible at the neck opening and at the sleeves.

FIELD TRAINING UNIFORM |
When authorized to do so, cadets will wear this order of dress in the following manner:
1. Trousers and shirt, undershirt, olive green hat or beret or tan wide-brimmed summer hat and boots. 2. At the Corps, cadets will wear rank slip-ons. 3. At CSTC, Staff cadets shall wear slip-ons with the rank authorized by the CSTC CO. 4. Cadets may wear (at the discretion of the CO): a. the cap badge of the affiliated unit if the CO of the affiliated unit has approved the use of the cap badge by cadets; or b. the RCAC cap badge. 5. Head-dress. One of the following shall be worn: a. beret or approved headdress; b. tan wide-brimmed summer hat; c. turban, combat; or d. toque, approved pattern. 6. Coat. Worn with or without the liner; 7. Shirt. May either be worn under the four season coat or as the outer-garment in hot weather. The shirt may also be worn with sleeves extended or rolled, in accordance with local orders; 8. Sweater, rifle green. Shall be worn under the shirt in cold weather, 9. Name tape. Optional.

a. At LHQ when participating in field training activities, or when taking part in activities where a requirement exists to protect the dress uniform or personal civilian clothing;
b. At CSTC, by staff cadets occupying a position that warrants the wear of this uniform in order to protect the Staff Cadet order of dress; and c. At CSTC, by cadets participating in selected courses where the wear of this uniform is warranted by the type of activities in which cadets participate. |

1. An appropriate non-issued athletic t-shirt may be worn 2. Non-issued athletic shorts 3. Non-issued running shoes

a. During physical training and hot weather conditions. (At the discretion of the CO)
b. Shall be worn as directed by the ACSTC or unit CO. c. Staff cadet wearing this order of dress while on duty shall wear their rank armlet so that they remain easily identifiable from cadets. |
